Here is a list of foods to eat to curb your sweet craving:
cherries with almonds
orange with pistachios
grilled peach with cottage cheese and honey and cinnamon
berries with low fat vanilla yogurt
warm apple with almonds and sprinkled with cinnamon
banana with walnuts
